Privacy Policy — Density Executive Assistant Alerts

Density Executive operates the "Density Executive Assistant Alerts" SMS program. This policy covers information related to that program.

What We Collect and How We Use It

We collect your mobile number and opt-in consent when you enroll, and use them only to send program messages and handle opt-out and support requests.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our SMS provider uses your information only to deliver messages.

SMS Opt-In, Opt-Out, and Help

You opt in by enrolling your own mobile number in the program and agreeing to receive messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive one confirmation message and no further program messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact ron@densityexecutive.com.

Data Retention

We retain your phone number and related program records for as long as you remain enrolled and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, security, or operational purposes. If you opt out (reply STOP), we stop sending program messages and keep only what is needed to honor that opt-out.
